EVERYBODY DOES SHOPIFY. BUT NOT EVERYBODY IS A PREMIER PARTNER.
Premier is not awarded by application. Shopify tracks merchant outcomes, revenue, and project complexity directly through the Partner Dashboard, and the tier updates quarterly. To earn Premier, a studio has to hit the revenue thresholds, support four or more Plus or Enterprise merchants, and keep doing so consistently over a rolling 5-year window.
Premier requires $2 million or more in revenue from merchants we've brought onto Shopify over a rolling 5-year window. That includes referrals, co-sells with the Shopify sales team, and stores we've created and transferred to live merchants. Shopify tracks this directly, not us. We've hit the bar.
Premier also weighs revenue from merchants we actively support over time. The threshold is $10 million in existing merchant revenue across a rolling 5-year window. This is the work that's invisible in a portfolio: sustained Plus delivery for years, not just launch projects. Most of our work sits here.
Premier requires four or more active Plus or Enterprise merchant relationships. Our active roster includes Twinkle Top 50 retailers, mid-market replatformers, and high-volume B2B operators. We don't publish specific GMV figures because those are the merchants' numbers, not ours. The volume is what put us on Shopify's shortlist.
Premier is not earned once and kept forever. The tier is re-evaluated every quarter on a rolling 5-year window for revenue and a rolling 2-year window for new merchant acquisition. We've held the tier across multiple evaluation cycles. That's harder than earning it once.
We map every product, page, redirect and integration in your current store. You get a full migration blueprint before we touch anything.
We connect your old store to a fresh Shopify Plus environment. Data syncs in real time so your team keeps trading while we build.
Theme, navigation, checkout, integrations, redirects, content. Built in parallel — not a copy-paste of the old store.
One controlled cutover, no downtime, no data loss. Then 30 days of post-launch hyper-care to catch anything edge-case.
The biggest fear in any migration: losing rankings, breaking links, and orphaning customer history. We engineer around all three.
You do not restart from zero. You pick up where you left off — on a faster platform.
